The URA & Pittsbugh Housing Development Corporation have contracted with Steve Catranel Construction to build three single family homes on the North Side of Pittsburgh. The site, located on McClure Ave., is a portion of the former St. John's hospital property. Each three-story home will contain three bedrooms, one and a half baths and receive an Energy Star certification. Expected to break ground this winter, these homes will be completed by the summer of 2012.
